Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and cleaning services offered by Team Awesome Cleaning Services Ltd. (“Team Awesome,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a quote, booking services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Services We Provide
We provide commercial cleaning services which may include janitorial and office cleaning, commercial and retail cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and site walkthroughs/assessments with customized scopes of work. Service availability may vary by location, schedule, or operational capacity.
Quotes, Scope of Work, and Changes
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and/or an on-site assessment. Quotes may be time-limited and subject to change if site conditions differ from what was described, the scope changes (added areas, higher soil level, extra tasks), or access/time/hazard conditions apply.
Scope of Work
We perform services as described in the agreed scope (written quote, agreement, email confirmation, or service plan). Additional work requested may require a revised quote, written approval, and additional fees.
Scheduling, Access, and Client Responsibilities
To provide quality service, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises (keys, codes, security instructions)
- Ensure utilities are available when needed (water/electricity where applicable)
- Remove or secure fragile/valuable items and confidential documents
- Notify us of any hazards or restricted areas
- Provide clear instructions for alarm/security procedures
If access is not available at the scheduled time, we may treat it as a late cancellation (see Section 4).
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Access
We appreciate advance notice for rescheduling. If you cancel on short notice or we cannot access the site at the scheduled time due to missing access instructions/keys, we may charge a fee to cover staffing and travel costs. Specific notice periods/fees can be stated on your quote or service agreement.
Pricing, Invoices, and Payment Terms
Prices are as agreed in your quote or service agreement. Invoices are due based on the terms stated on the invoice (e.g., Due upon receipt, Net 7, Net 15, Net 30). Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is current. You are responsible for any applicable taxes (GST/HST if applicable).
Service Standards and Satisfaction
We aim for high-quality results. If you have concerns, notify us promptly (ideally within 24–48 hours of service completion) and provide details/photos if possible. We will assess and, where appropriate, schedule a re-clean or corrective action consistent with the agreed scope and service agreement.
Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear-and-tear, or issues caused by materials/surfaces that are not suitable for the cleaning methods required. We are not responsible for damage due to hidden defects, unstable fixtures, or poor installation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits or business interruption), except where required by law. If liability is established, our maximum liability will generally be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, unless otherwise required by law.
Damage Claims Procedure
If you believe we caused damage, notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours), provide photos and details, and do not repair/dispose of the item before we can assess (unless necessary for safety). We will review fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Health, Safety, and Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., biohazards, severe mold, needles, unsafe structural conditions), we are asked to perform illegal or hazardous tasks outside our scope, or harassment/unsafe behavior occurs on-site. If specialized remediation is needed, we may recommend an appropriate specialist.
Use of Subcontractors
We may use trained staff or subcontractors to provide services. We remain responsible for service delivery consistent with the agreed scope.
Confidentiality (Commercial Clients)
We understand commercial sites may involve sensitive information. We will take reasonable steps to keep client information confidential. Clients should secure confidential documents and valuables prior to service.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, or interfere with website operation. Website content may not be copied or used without permission.

All website content, logos, branding, text, and graphics are the property of Team Awesome Cleaning Services Ltd. (or used with permission) and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada and applicable Canadian federal laws. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Alberta, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of services or the website after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
